A clear scope for use and testing.

An informational website

The OREA Systems website explains product direction, development work, and possible future uses. It is not a production support portal or a place to submit operational data. Public inquiry submission is not enabled; the Contact page currently provides guidance only.

Describing a product, integration, or workflow does not grant access to it or authorize its use. These terms do not replace any separate approval needed for a specific development activity.

Development testing requires express authorization

Testing is limited to the people, environment, actions, and data expressly approved for that session. The proposed Teams discovery session is limited to an approved development tenant, Team, and standard channel, with one fictional message directly mentioning the development app. That live session has not occurred.

Publication of these pages would not authorize an app installation, a tunnel, a message, an evidence export, or any other live action. Separate authorization remains necessary for each approved step. Stop when an intended action or result falls outside that scope.

There is no permission to upload arbitrary data, test unrelated systems, bypass access controls, or use a development sandbox for normal support intake. Customer linkage, Jira ticket creation, and an Orea reply are not authorized in the proposed discovery session.

Use fictional test data only

Any expressly authorized sandbox message must use fictional test content. Do not submit sensitive information, customer data, workplace records, classified material, restricted data, passwords, tokens, or other credentials. The sandbox is not an approved route for those materials.

Fictional content does not remove the need to control the account, tenant, Team, and channel metadata processed during an authorized test. The Privacy page describes those distinctions, the approved limited development-evidence retention policy, and the remaining handling decisions.

No production support or delivery promise

This website and the development sandbox do not provide a production support service, service-level agreement, guaranteed response, or emergency channel. Do not rely on them for urgent operations or emergency assistance.

Planned capabilities, product direction, and conceptual workflows are not commitments that features have been delivered or will be available on a particular schedule. These pages do not establish production readiness, government-cloud readiness, or legal or regulatory certification.

Privacy and other providers

Read the Privacy page for the separate website, development-sandbox, and future-service scopes. That page describes the approved limited development-evidence retention policy. Other future-service handling and external provider practices remain subject to later review.

Microsoft Teams and any tunnel or hosting services used in a separately authorized test operate through their own services. These terms do not replace those providers’ applicable terms, permissions, or data-handling practices.

Before external customer or commercial use

Orea Systems LLC is the responsible legal entity for OREA Systems. For privacy inquiries, use the contact listed on the Privacy page. Qualified legal review may be appropriate or required before external customer or commercial use.

Commercial arrangements and any customer contract require separate review. These terms do not select pricing, subscription or refund terms, governing law, arbitration, liability caps, or transfers of data ownership.

The current Contact channel status remains informational. It does not provide a way to submit a request or obtain permission for testing.
